Yesterday City Council received a briefing on the 2026 Commonwealth Games bid but they will have to wait until September for the particulars of the pitch to host the 11-day international sports event. Some councillors say that waiting until September for more information is cutting things too close. One of those councilors is Ward 9 councillor Brad Clark, and he joins the show now.
