A vacant home tax has been floated by Ward 3 councillor Nrinder Nann, saying that staff should study whether a tax or charge could be impleemtned to discourage the practice.

In new LRT design plans, pedestrians are going to be favoured over all other users . In revised designs, the project will now include fewer lanes for drivers, shorter crosswalks among other changes.
