The UK Supreme Court has ruled that the suspension of Parliament by Boris Johnson was illegal, declaring the order void and of no effect. The suspension the supreme court ordered ‘was unlawful because it had the effect of frustrating or preventing the ability of Parliament to carry out it’s functions without reasonable justification”.
