Doug Ford's government is going to scrap rate protection when it comes to Hydro. This could affect 325,000 Ontarians.The submetering council of Ontario responded to the Global News story by  saying in part “Bill 66 will help lower costs, remove an unnecessary layer of ‘red tape’, enhance competition and benefit consumers.”
