Finance Minister Bill Morneau also unveiled measures worth a project $595 million over  five years to assist the journalism industry.

A story emerged earlier this week over a woman who was being evicted cause her rent was lesser than her neighbours. She has to look for an apartment in a market where rents continue to rise. Bill chats with a tenants rights group in regards to the rules for tenancy.
