    Hamilton is looking at redrawing its ward boundaries to more accurately reflect the population. Councilors voted at a special meeting yesterday to consult residents and to submit their own plans for redrawing the boundaries. Reshuffling the boundaries will likely give urban councilors more power. The city is also considering the addition of another councilor. What do we need to know about the process?
