With Moreno sick as a dog (Drunk AIDs?) there’s no better time to introduce the Binge Media audience to an old friend. The great Ammon Gilbert joins me in his Binge Cast debut and to celebrate, we get poo-pooed and talk a whole lot of shit.

Jim Law and I are back after a week hiatus with a new commentary for The Walking Dead.  Not the best episode of the season but that’s okay, we’re still optimistic about how this will play out.  Except for Carol, who’s arc seems rushed and twatty.  Nice brass knuckle knife.  Where in the fuck did that come from?

We’re finally back with a show that holds no time constraints and tons of booze. Moreno can’t talk real good by the end of this one. Things kick off with an epic TV Round-Up that makes up for our lack of commentaries last week. We cover our thoughts on The Walking Dead, Boardwalk Empire, Sons of Anarchy, and even give a couple shout-outs to Eastbound and Down and South Park.

From there it’s all movies. Law checks out ENDER’S GAME, THE WAY WAY BACK, R.I.P.D., and WE’RE THE MILLERS while Moreno revisits SCREAM, and finally watches PARANORMAL ACTIVITY 4 and PERKS OF BEING A WALLFLOWER. One of those films cracks his Top 5 of 2012 (he really loves Katie’s boobs).

We also have one Google Voice (I included the transcription below so you can follow along), stories about going to church, a debate over my brother’s Facebook post, and 700 beers.

Jim to the Law is back from his island vacation, hungover and ready to tackle another BingeCast episode.  The boys hit a Google voicemail or two with how horrendous Sons of Anarchy is.  From there, we go with a little mini TV Round Up with Law updating Moreno on how disappointing Homeland is becoming and how Boardwalk Empire is finally showing the Al Capone we’ve all been waiting for.  Law is halfway through A Storm of Swords, the third book in A Song of Ice and Fire series, and his enthusiasm for the characters and story is palpable.

We decided to come up with a “Nightmare Team“, a group made up of horror movie icons who’s only purpose is to scare the dog shit out of you.  Law has his team, Moreno has his, both are drunk assholes.

We round out the episode with reviews of Bad Grandpa, Parkland, Grown Ups 2, and other shit that pissed a vacationing Jim Law off.

While the Canadian is away, the Messican will play.  I’m not sure what that means.  Law is vacationing in the pukey, tropical island of the Dominican Republic, so we called in Binge Media contributor Jack Falvey to pick up the slack.
