Here are the top 3 things we discuss in this week's episode with special guest, Jennifer Santoso:
· How lenders underwrite their loans during an uncertain economic environment… and how to best position yourself for success.
· Why interest rates are irrelevant? (Yes… irrelevant!)
· Case studies on how to get deals done in a shifting market.
We happened to record this interview during a time of upheaval in the real estate / lending market as inflation roars and the Fed attempts to tame it by raising interest rates.
Some of the information and topics may already be a bit dated and no longer applicable, but the interview provides some great insights on how investors and lenders process real-time info… and get deals done even in times of turbulence.
