The Bipolar Black Girl podcast is dedicated to individuals who manage life while also dealing with mood disorders. It is intended for all audiences, because, come on, we all know someone who is in some way mentally distressed. Or, as I like to describe myself, crazy.

My aim is to shine a spotlight on mental health in all communities, but especially in black and brown communities. We need to help each other get up from underneath this darkness.
