I come off a vacation where everything was perfect except my mood was in a LOW. I was with life long supportive friends. In a cool location. But it was a shitty deal.

I go on a road trip on depression. I skip a week of abilify.

I made it through a manic depressed state. THIS WILL PASS. I jump up to 30abilify and may or may not be starting side effects.

Looking for solutions to mania and low medication. And no doctors appointment for a week. When my cycle is a week.

I hit a low and have no motivation to record. Eff this eff that nothing matters

This week I hit my lowest point in my cycle. Cried through it and used the tools I’ve learned to get through it.

Today we are on middle ground Not high. Not low. We go over anger
