Using a model of partnership and trusting in the body’s innate ability to find balance, Carly helps her clients build the knowledge and skills to support life-long nourishment practices, confidence in the kitchen, and a deep connection to the body’s inner knowing. Carly holds a Masters of Science in Nutrition from Columbia University and attended the Natural Gourmet Institute’s Chef Training Program.
