This expanded version of you trades old patterns of criticism and finding fault with newly practiced, highly empowered patterns of offering continual praise and complements to yourself and others. It involves acknowledging your progress and directing your focus on that progression.
This new you carries with it all of the spiritual rewards from the past; the strength, the wisdom, the vitality, the compassion and the understanding that your challenges and experiences have gifted you with.
