It has officially been one year since I published my first episode of the podcast. So, to honor this occasion, I broke out the original podcast questions that I compiled in April 2020.

Today's "lesson" is about having the patience to sit still and take up space while your manifestations come to fruition.

Today, I talk about the struggle that I have been having with perfectionism, learning to let go of editing everything, and just allowing myself to make mistakes.

Today's episode is about completing a challenge of figuring out which patterns I am repeating in my love life. I basically tell you all of my trauma and have a few moments of realization along the way.

I recommend everyone listen and try this challenge for yourself. It is totally worth it, and I don't want to be the only one who's trauma is exposed :]
