I would also highly recommend listening to Red School’s podcast The Menstruality Podcast for some great interviews with Red School’s founders and inspirational thinkers, leaders and creators from across the world. • Maisie Hill - Maisie Hill’s book Period Power has become a bestseller and provides an accessible and informative guide on understanding the menstrual cycle. Her podcast The Maisie Hill Experience is also a great listen!


• 28ish Days Later - A brilliant BBC podcast series about the menstrual cycle, narrated by India Rakusen, who also narrates another great podcast series Witch with some very interesting crossovers!


• VIVA Natural Health - Health coach and natural health practitioner Vivien Allred helps people to find the root causes of their chronic illnesses. She has a great podcast Hormones in Harmony, where she interviews lots of interesting guests about all things related to hormonal health.


• Lisa de Jong - A coach, therapeutic practitioner and educator who helps people move from a place of pain to power with menstrual cycle challenges, chronic pain, trauma and burnout.
