As if 2020 hasn’t showed off enough... whether or not it’s an earthquake I am scared for what’s to come as we have yet to catch a break in 2020 ... hear me vent as tomorrow is not given in this life of uncertainty

Last minutes are always dangerous.... uni assignments really need to calm down sometimes.... don’t be like me ... i fo sho played myself and might have to bare the sour truth of it all .... which is a LATE SUBMISSION !!:/

This episode speaks to the societal problematic constructs of what is NORMAL and what is IDEAL specifically touching on the concept of BODY POSITIVITY

Unfortunately I got a mild case of insomnia and decided to get a few things off my itty bitty chest.... also the hunger is so real but zero to none motivation to cook whatsoever!!!

Small gist of who I am and what to expect in my podcast series .... just straight out introductions between myself and my future viewers !!!!
