Basically, this entire show is just two old guys, reminiscing and complaining. You're wondering, "so what else is new?" Yeah, probably. But it seems more on-point this show. That's a thing, right? 

First, there's a rundown on one of the hard aspects of old-person life: The community HOA, or home-owners association. BJ talks about living in various HOA-regulated communities in recent years. The good, the bad, and the ugly. And yes, there's a little of each of those. 

There's quite a bit more radio history this week, too. Not just with Southwest Florida, but some fun facts about radio and broacasting history, as well as stations the boys listened to in their younger days.

Finally, it's on to another old-guy favorite topic: food. Where did you last eat out? Was it a good experience? Again, there's some good, bad and ugly on this subject. Seems to be a trending topic this week.
