This week The GOONS kick it with Vannessa Griffin. Vannessa is a new bjj black belt under Team Lloyd Irvin / Crazy 88 and has already medaled in the IBJJF Europeans and Pans. She also runs a highly successful kid's competition team at Crazy 88, over the last two years her team has earned 9 IBJJF Kid's Pan Gold Medals from 7 competitors.

This week the GOONS talk to Pabs Carela. Pabs is a black belt who's trained under Vitor Shaolin, Fernando Terere and Ricardo De La Riva. He's currently an instructor under Eduardo Santos at Lotus Club BJJ in New York City. Pabs uses his experiences of rough up bringing in NYC in the 80s and 90s to mentor local youth through various social projects. 

This week the GOONS talk to Lucas Gualberto a up and coming black belt fighting for team Dream Art under Isaque Bahiense who has already won the UAEJJF Grand Slam in Rio and the IBJJF South American Championship. Lucas tells Nico and Tim about training at the Dream Art facility, getting his education in the project, rest and recovery, and so much more.
