    BJPENN.COM Radio is back in action, Penn Nation!
    We kick things off with UFC bantamweight champ TJ Dillashaw. Last time the champ joined us, the super-fight against “Mighty Mouse” was all but finalized. Since then, the matchup has been shelved and TJ now faces former champion and rival Cody Garbrandt in a rematch at UFC 227 on August 4th. We’ll get TJ’s perspective on what went wrong with negotiations to fight Demetrious and if he feels that fight will eventually materialize. We’ll also preview the second bout with Cody, get TJ’s pick for the Lomachenko vs Linares fight this weekend, and much more.
    Our second guest is the fan-favorite scrapper from Miami and good friend of the show, Jorge Masvidal. “Gamebred” returns to give us the full breakdown of yet another attempt to negotiate a fight against Neil Magny. We reported last week that Magny had declined the fight and subsequently the two welterweights went at it on Twitter. We’ll also get Jorge’s response to Michael Bisping’s denial of the incident between them in China, which you first heard Masvidal discuss here last month. Who Masvidal plans on facing when he returns this summer and more.
    Closing out the show we are joined by Kyoji Horiguchi and his manager, Fumihiko Ishii. Following a sensational one-punch knockout against Ian McCall at RIZIN 10 over the weekend, Kyoji returns to recap the victory and give his thoughts on the stoppage. With the help of Fumi’s expert translation, we’ll also hear what Kyoji has planned for the rest of 2018, who he expects to face next, and the likelihood of what seems to be the inevitable rematch between himself and Demetrious Johnson.

    BJPENN.COM Radio returns with another stacked episode!
    We kick things off with UFC middleweight Elias Theodorou. “The Spartan” has several projects in the works ranging from producing and starring in an independent film, to breaking the mold as the Ring Boy for Invicta FC and being the face of Pert Plus. On top of all that, Theodorou continues to work his way up the ladder at 185 and looks to keep that momentum going against Trevor Smith at UFC Liverpool on May 27th. We’ll be previewing the matchup, discussing all the side work Elias has on his plate, and a whole lot more.
    Our second guest is coming off an impressive first-round submission over Gerald Harris at Bellator 198 over the weekend; BJJ wizard and undefeated MMA middleweight Rafael Lovato Jr. He’ll recap the win over Harris and discuss what’s next in regards to where he fits into the title picture. We’ll also get Rafael’s expert opinion on the Carvalho vs Mousassi matchup and who he believes exhibits the best BJJ technique in MMA.
    Next we are joined by UFC light-heavyweight prospect, Dominick Reyes. “The Devastator” will be previewing his upcoming scrap against Jared Cannonier at UFC Chile on May 19th and give us his thoughts on being involved with this historic undertaking of the UFC’s first show in the South American country. We’ll also discuss his plans for the rest of the year and get his take on some important matchups on the horizon at 205.
    Then Gilbert Burns returns to the show to recap his sensational walk-off KO against Dan Moret at UFC Glendale. Now riding back-to-back knockout victories, the UFC lightweight is hungry for the next challenge and has been calling out any opponent he can think of. We’ll recap Gilbert’s win, discuss potential matchups moving forward, and where he fits into the mix at 155.
    After that we are joined yet again by the No. 2 ranked light-heavyweight in the UFC, Volkan Oezdemir. It was announced that Volkan would be facing Mauricio “Shogun” Rua in Chile this month, however that date was quickly changed to July 22nd in Hamburg, Germany. We’ll get the scoop on how his ongoing legal issues caused the fight to be moved, his thoughts on competing against a legend of the sport in Rua, and why Volkan believes he’ll be competing for the title again in “No Time” at all.
    Closing out this episode is the man so many love to hate, the heel of heels in MMA, Colby “Chaos” Covington. Colby returns to discuss a plethora of topics as usual. We’ll get his take on the run-in with “Felony” Charles Bennet, his second spoiling of a huge movie premiere, and some statements made by Joe Rogan about Colby’s outspoken opinion on Jon Jones. We caught up with Mike prior to the announcement of his fight against Yancy Medeiros at UFC 226 in Las Vegas on July 7th, but nonetheless, another great conversation. We’ll discuss the division, how he intends to bounce back from two losses, and much more.
    Our second guest is the man they call “Big Pretty,” Justin Willis. He’ll be previewing his showdown with Chase Sherman this weekend in Atlantic City and giving us the inside scoop on a run-in the two giants had earlier this week. We’ll also get his thoughts on the division, the inspirational story that is Justin’s life, and why he believes that there isn’t a man alive who takes fighting as seriously as he does.
    Next we are joined by former Invicta FC champion and UFC featherweight, Megan Anderson. It was announced last week that Megan will be making her UFC debut against Holly Holm at UFC 225 in Chicago on June 9th, and she’ll be previewing the matchup with us. We’ll get the latest on the inevitable showdown against Cris Cyborg, why Megan feels the UFC needs to invest more into women’s MMA, and how she plans to be an ambassador for every female athlete in the game.
    Closing out this episode is UFC welterweight and the Hawaiian scrapper we’ve all come to love, Yancy Medeiros.     Another STACKED episode of BJPENN.COM Radio has arrived, Penn Nation!
    We kick things off with former UFC lightweight champion and current Bellator MMA star, Benson Henderson. Following the announcement that James Gallagher would not be competing at Bellator 196 in Budapest next weekend, Benson answered the call to save the card and now faces another MMA veteran in Roger Heurta. We’ll preview the fight in the usual “Smooth” fashion, discuss what he’d like to accomplish in 2018, and we’ll hear Ben’s interesting take on how to fix judging in MMA.
    Our second guest is UFC featherweight Alex Caceres. “Bruce Leeroy” is slated to face Artem Lobov at UFC 223 in Brooklyn, New York on April 7th.     Kicking things off we are joined by Alan “The Brahma” Jouban. Coming off a highlight knockout over Ben Saunders at UFC Orlando over the weekend, Jouban is happy to be back in the win column and take home another fight bonus. Although Alan did break his foot during the scrap, he’s hopeful that fighting four times this year is realistic, as well as being involved in the title conversation by the end of 2018. We’ll discuss what the win meant for Jouban both in and outside the cage, the struggle of having to fight a friend in Ben Saunders, and who he wants next after his foot heals up.
    Next up is the No. 5 ranked flyweight in the UFC, Sergio Pettis. Following the announcement that Sergio will be fighting Joseph Benavidez at UFC 225 in Chicago, we’ll preview the fight and discuss the matchup.
