Ranjit has spent 28 years within the UK National Health Service (NHS), starting as a junior and rising to senior leadership, registered with the British Psychological Society with a Master of Science and has a passion for innovating workplace behaviours, while embedding a culture of psychological safety. She now runs The Behaviour Garage, https://thebehaviourgarage.co.uk/
