Going to reflect and share details of the 1966 Texas Tower Shooting, the Gun Control Act of 1968, and how all of that as well as the news sounds familiar to 1966 today.  Was Chares Whitman nuts, just evil, had a medical condition or what?  And did it matter?  We use the same excuses today.

What screws most of us most in life is the picture in our head of how it is supposed to be.
