Despite the differences in generations today, Kevin four major similarities between two groups of participants he's worked with: experienced executives and teens. Using Real-time strategy (RTS) games as a learning platform (think of RISK on steroids), Kevin breaks down four trends - and their meanings - from two very different groups. The trends include:

• Complexity, rather than simplicity, more often than not characterizes the planning process.
