Griffin memo to J. Lee. Rankin reveals the men had many unanswered questions, desiring more answers.
Griffin really latched on to DPD Sgt. Patrick Dean, feeling that he was highly suspicious.
Dean was really the catalyst for the charge of premeditation for the charge of murder against Ruby.
March 24, 1964 Sgt. Patrick Dean was questioned by attorney Burt Griffin for the Warren Commission.
The next day, March 25th, Dean filed a complaint against Griffin, who was then ordered back to D.C..
Dean was basically the star witness for the Dallas Police Department in Jack Rubyâ€™s trial.
When a Canadian from Victoria called in to say they had footage of the assassination, Dean took the call.
Dean tripped himself up when Griffin questioned Dean about the door that lead from the Annex building.
Dean was in charge of the security for Dallas City Hall basement in preparation of Oswaldâ€™s transfer.
Why did the DPD & the Warren Commission protect Sgt. Patrick Dean?
Dean was the one who assigned two reserve officers at the entrance way that Ruby utilized.
How did Dean indirectly remove these two reserve officers from the basement?
Ruby's business partner, Bertha Cheek, was sister in law to Oswald's landlord at the rooming house.
Why did Jack Ruby kill Oswald?
Griffin & Hubert recommended that Oswald's murder should have it's own chapter in the WC Report.
Railroading Griffin & Hubert's investigation basically ended the probe into Ruby & Oswaldâ€™s relationship.
Dean gave another statement to the Warren Commission, but in D.C., where was he was basically apologized to.
In the middle of June or July of 1964, Dean personally asked to have a polygraph test.
Unbelievably, even with Dean writing his own questions, he failed his own polygraph test!
The results to Dean's failed polygraph test were never given to the Warren Commission! Declared lost!
These notes were unavailable for the HSCA's investigation, Dean was called before the HSCA again.
Although questioned, the questioning was about how Dean was questioned by the Warren Commission in â€˜64.
Why did Dean say in his interviews to media on Nov. 24th that he'd seen Ruby enter down the Main St. Ramp?
The lawyers wanted to look into the anti-Castro & Dallas Police Dept. connections of Ruby's.
Dean took a trip to the third floor of City Hall where he got instructions to take Sorrels to question Jack Ruby.
Dean himself appears to be an example compartmentalization on an individual.
On the evening of November 24th, after the shooting, there was a meeting back at Jack Ruby's apartment.
Attorney Tom Howard was at this meeting. Howard was also present in the basement when Ruby shot Oswald.
George Senator, Ruby's roommate & business partner, did not discuss the meeting of the 24th when interviewed.

Col. Fletcher Prouty worked with Ed Lansdale, having detailed information about Lansdale's history.
Lansdale position in the world of espionage was to aid the French resistance during WWII.
During WWII, Lansdale was in the OSS & sent to the Philippines by General Charles Willoughby.

Allen Dulles stated Lansdale was one of his best men, helping to fight off communism in Vietnam.
Prior to WWII Lansdale was involved in the advertising world. Advertising is mass psychology.
Both David Atlee Phillips & Ed Lansdale were experts in the art of psychological warfare.
An advisor to Ramon Magsaysay, Lansdale was given the role by Dulles to fight off the Huks movement.
The Huks farmers were rebelling against the forced rural reformation that was taking place in the Philippines.
Lansdale later became an advisor to the French in Vietnam.
Excom was the Executive Committee that Kennedy organized to help him problem solve during the crisis.
Robert Kennedy, CIA's John McCone, JCS members & others were on the board of the Excom Committee.
Ed Lansdale's go to person at the CIA was William K. Harvey. Harvey is another key figure in JFK's murder.
Policy would be set up, directions sent to SAS, SAS would create plan to follow through with objective.
Prouty had been sent to the South Pole escorting VIPS, conveniently out of the way for JFK's murderers.
Previously Prouty had been involved in Eissenhower's security when he visited Mexico City.
Fletcher Prouty identifies Ed Lansdale in Dealey Plaza on November 22, 1963.

Sadly Robert Kennedy comes across as arrogant during the 13 days of meetings during the crisis.
At one point, the stressed RFK concerned about his family wanted to go in & end the situation with Cuba by force.
RFK was performing in a diplomatic manner through backdoor connections to Russia's Nikita Khrushchev
Both McNamara & RFK were super loyal to JFK yet both flip flopped during this incredibly tense time.
At other times, under pressure, the two men became hawkish.
Initially it was agreed upon that the quarantine was the effective way to get in contact with Khrushchev.
The longer the Cuban quarantine continued, the more likely it was that military intervention would be needed.

Even if the Russians were to attack, the Generals were ordered not to fire back without JFK's permission.

Eisenhower is the one who really created the Bay of Pigs operation, not JFK.
US intelligence reported that there were 10,000 troops in Cuba during the crisis, but there was 40,000!
CIA Director John A. McCone was the 2nd person who went around discussing hidden missiles in Cuba.
Kennedy first learned about the situation on October 15th. Why so late if reports were coming in during Sept.?
When referring to his family, Kennedy had said "I'd rather have them Red, than dead."

On January 23, President Trump issued an Executive Order for a creation of a plan to release JFK files.
Why do we need a plan to release the documents? This is concerning to JFK researchers.
Under Biden's 'plan', withheld JFK records wouldn't be released until the 2040's.
Withheld JFK records are not limited to the collection of JFK files held by the archives.
Larry wrote a letter to the White House Council, informing the council of the larger scope of JFK files.
There are records not in the known JFK collection that should be searched for & disclosed.
When the ARRB was shut down due to lack of Congress funding, several searches were underway.
The ARRB entered an agreement with the CIA & National Archives to continue searching for files.
The National Archives was responsible for supervising these searches, this ended with ARRB's closure.
Bobby Kennedy had taken records from the White House very shortly after JFK's assassination.
Could these files that Bobby removed from the Oval Office be related to Cuba?
Before being shut down the ARRB had been negotiating with RFK's family trust to release RFK's files.
The ARRB promised not to have Bobby's files included in the 'assassination' files.
Sheridan was RFK's right hand man, working for NBC to undermine the Garrison investigation.
When the ARRB requested Sheridan's files from the JFK Library, the library sent the files to NBC.
The ARRB tried to sue Walter Sheridan's estate to try to get these records back. Case died with ARRB.
In Carlos Marcello's recorded conversations to cell mate & FBI agent, does he admit to guilt in murder?
Why haven't these recordings been heard? Where are the transcripts to review?
Transcripts from another Marcello's sting that were released caused confusion within the ARRB.

Remaining unreleased RFK files are mainly files from the LAPD & LA District Attorney.
The RFK files are not beholden to any particular statute like the JFK Act.
The are MLK files are in the possession of the federal government & local government in Memphis.
Supposedly a plan was submitted for release of files on Feb. 7th, with coverage from WCAB radio.
Statutes do not stipulate that files can't be released until everyone mentioned in file is deceased.
In efforts to stop records from being released, Congress denies requests if people are still living.
We need someone representing the public interest involved in the release of the JFK files.
There needs to be a public committee formed to help facilitate & supervise this entire process.
Why does the National Security Council insist releasing JFK documents is AGAINST public interest?
CIA officials conducted a private investigation into the Cuban exiles associated with the assassination.
The JFK investigation isn't just a historical event, current policies were created based on false events.
To avoid FOIA requests, Hillary Clinton & others use private servers, apps etc. to communicate.
Deed of Gifts & IRS tax records are not currently included in Trump's Executive Order.
The Manchester notes will not be released until 2067 under current legislation.
We will see over the next couple of weeks if the JFK files will be released! Watch this carefully!

Paul came across the Pepe letters sent from Cuba in 1962 to Mexico on the Mary Ferrell site.
The Pepe letters were created to implicate Castro & the Cubans in the pending assassination of JFK.
When reading the letters from 1962, Paul recognized patterns with the Pedro Charles letters sent in 63.
Postmarked shortly after the assassination, the letters were sent from Havana & dismissed by Hoover as a hoax.
