Welcome to episode #187 of The COD Casuals, where we discuss all things Call of Duty, casual and professional!

In this episode, we discuss our experience with the open beta, a full week after our first impressions from the early access beta. We get to see some new additions with a new level cap with more to unlock, new maps, modes, and some tweaks made along the way. We compare from what we played during week 1, and share what we think are the biggest takeaways from it. We go over some important changes we think may impact the future of the game and potentially the CDL, as well as some parts of the game we wonder what the future will look like. We got a glimpse at the new face off and gunfight modes, and how these may be where the future of the casual fanbase will gravitate towards, as some say this is what Call of Duty is moving towards; quick games on small maps for high xp. We discuss this point and if we think COD is moving this way.
