Welcome to episode #250 of The COD Casuals, where we discuss all things Call of Duty, casual and professional!

In this episode, we cover the most recent “CDL” event, the Monster Energy Launch Invitational. This was our first taste of competitive for Black Ops 7, and from the outset, we know this is going to be a great year for competitive overall. We cover some of the big takeaways from the weekend’s matches, and who are the teams to be looking out for the most. Though this is not even part of the CDL and is only pre-season, it still gives us insight into how these teams practice has been, and who will be looking good going into Major 1. Along with this, we cover the season 1 roadmap, which has lots of new and remastered maps that’ll most likely make their way into ranked play and the CDL. We break down all aspects of the roadmap for multiplayer and zombies, and how this is the start Black Ops 7 needs to succeed.
