The Black Panther Party’s Oakland Community School is turning 50 this Saturday and theres an event to celebrate it. We are joined this morning by Fredrika Newton – the Co-founder of the Dr. Huey P. Newton Foundation, former Black Panther Party member, and widow of Dr. Minister Huey P. Newton, as well as Gregory Lewis – a former student and alumni of the Oakland Community School.
