    As a speaker, spoken word artist, and experienced higher education administrator with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and true anti-racism work. He's devoted to challenging traditions that have been adopted as cultural policies in spaces of education and employment.
    Oliver is also the creator of Values Are Dope, a poetry workshop that serves the emotional-social wellness of students. The session is designed to engage students in an honest dialogue on their core values while having them participate in exciting writing exercises. Since 2016, he's partnered with 10+ universities and organizations and has facilitated this workshop to over 500 students.

    She has been a key figure in propelling the organization forward, serving as the first female commissioner in the CIAA since its inception in 1912. Commissioner McWilliams is in her 9th season of serving as the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Commissioner and is also the first appointed African American female Commissioner representing NCAA Division I, II, and III.
    Under her leadership, the CIAA has recently struck a multi-year, multi-platform partnership with ESPN, which will air both 2022 CIAA Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournament Championship games and carry all 22 games on its platform through at least 2024. The new partnership enhances coverage of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) across ESPN’s college sports portfolio and marks the first time both men’s and women’s tournaments will have expanded coverage on ESPN platforms. 
    One of Baltimore city’s anchor partnerships and events is the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association's (CIAA) Men’s and Women’s Championship Basketball Tournament taking place on February 21-26, 2022.

    Richard Gallion, Actor, Writer, and Director of "1800s versus 2020." https://www.richardgallion.com/As a writer, director, and actor, Richard stumbled upon these hidden talents after obtaining a basketball injury in college. Suffering a broken wrist and unable to fulfill my dream of being a professional athlete, he was chosen to travel as a runway model for Ebony and JET magazine Fashion Fair. 
    While on tour, and during my downtime in-between shows, he developed a passion for writing. He began his acting career under the directorship of playwright John Ruffin, starring in the GMC-televised film “Love Me or Leave Me,” where he acted alongside Clifton Powell, Elise Neal, Carl Payne, Terri J. Vaughn, and the legendary Shirley Murdock. 
    As one who understands discipline and consistency, he was fortunate to garner roles in FOX’S newest show APB, Transformers 4, USA’s Sirens, and FOX’s Empire directed by Lee Daniels, featuring Taraji P. Henson and Terrence Howard. He has also starred in Black Coffee, which was recently in the AMC Theaters, Chicago PD, which airs on NBC 5, and the new movie Halfway featuring Quinton Aaron. 
    To date, he has written/directed and produced five highly acclaimed stage productions and ghostwritten/directed for numerous other stage plays, television series, and films.     Ms. Dunmore has traveled to more than 45 countries and has been featured in national and international media outlets like the New York Times, Essence Magazine, Black Enterprise, and Afrochella in Ghana. 
    Her portfolio also includes features with FOX News, KPRC, KHOU, 97.9, 93.7, and many more. Seneca has a Bachelors's in Biology, a Masters's in Management Information Systems, and is currently completing her doctorate in Education Administration.
