Szilard A. Horvath is an electronic music producer, designer, and visual artist from Arad, Romania, currently based in Munich, Germany.

Emerging from the remains of a former project, Broken Fingers, N.U. was born as a new chapter in an ongoing exploration of sound and artistic expression.

A sympathizer of trend lessness and a dedicated non-follower of genres, he creates strange, unfamiliar sounds and rhythms that refuse to fit neatly into any category. His work thrives in the space between experimentation and unpredictability, where labels become irrelevant and curiosity leads the way.

Meeting back in May after her International Music Summit talk on electronic music radio, it only made sense to connect with Emily Dust and welcome her on our station for a guest mix.

Emily’s radio career began at BBC 1Xtra, where she was behind specialist shows for the likes of David Rodigan and Toddla T. These days, however, she’s firmly in front of the mic: February 2026 saw her start as the presenter of Bandcamp Electronic, a brand new bi-weekly show on Bandcamp Radio where she’s already interviewed Marfox, Nathan Fake, Machinedrum and Scratchclart.

With regular appearances on leading stations like NTS, British Council’s Selector, Reprezent, KissFresh, Jazz FM and Triple J and an 8 year Soho Radio residency, her shows have amassed a dedicated following, as she spotlights scenes and sounds from UK funky, jazz and house to batida and baile funk.

A.Fruit is a producer, DJ, live performer, and sound designer known for her emotionally charged approach to bass music and experimental club culture. Originally from Moscow and now based in Barcelona, she has spent more than a decade developing a distinct sonic language shaped by UK bass traditions, Chicago footwork, rave culture, and forward-thinking electronic music.

Her work moves fluidly between footwork, jungle, halftime drum & bass, UK dubstep, IDM, and broken rhythmic structures, combining powerful low-end pressure with intricate sound design and cinematic atmosphere. Deeply inspired by sound system culture, A.Fruit’s music balances physical intensity with emotional depth, designed equally for immersive listening and high-volume club environments.

Alongside her productions and DJ sets, A.Fruit has recently expanded into live performance with a hybrid analog-digital live set focused on reinterpretation, rhythmic experimentation, and evolving textures. Built around fragments of her own productions alongside elements of live improvisation, the performance explores the space between club functionality and live electronic composition, bringing a more spontaneous and tactile dimension to her sound.

Cum se schimbă felul în care privim un spațiu atunci când acesta devine purtător de memorie, context și discurs artistic? În acest episod, explorăm exact această zonă de întâlnire dintre artă, arhitectură și patrimoniu, prin dialogul a două practici complementare.

Larisa-Ana-Maria State este arhitect de interior, cu o formare care pornește din învățământul artistic și se dezvoltă prin studii universitare de arhitectură de interior. În practica ei, explorează constant relația dintre spațiu și cultură, prin proiecte de design expozițional și amenajări pentru spații culturale și muzeale.

Alături de ea, Anne-Marie Lolea, licențiată în Istoria Artei și în prezent masterandă în cadrul CESI, își construiește parcursul în jurul unei cercetări dedicate intervențiilor artei contemporane în spații de patrimoniu. Activă ca asistent curatorial la SAC București și implicată în curatoriat independent, Anne-Marie scrie ocazional cronici de expoziție și este interesată de proiecte colaborative, dar și de explorarea continuă a scenei culturale contemporane.

În acest episod discutăm despre felul în care arta contemporană reinterpretează patrimoniul, despre cum se construiește o expoziție dincolo de obiecte și despre rolul curatorului și al arhitectului de interior în crearea unor experiențe care schimbă modul în care percepem spațiul. Ajungem și la ideea de colaborare, la procesele invizibile din spatele expozițiilor și la cultura ca organism viu, aflat într-o continuă transformare.

JuKí VeMó is a duo of multi-disciplinary artists Julia & Kisan from Uruguay. Living in symbiosis with pachamama, in a forest close to the ocean, they work and express themselves through different mediums like music production, singing and playing instruments, painting, writing, sculpting and building using natural materials.

Their electronic musical universe is characterized by minimalism, keeping things stripped down to only what is essential, while exploring a variety of different tempos and styles, some of which you can hear in this set crafted only with their original productions.

Tabideee is a British Sudanese DJ, Civil Engineer and one half of Space Black, exploring the critical contributions of Black communities across the African continent and its diaspora to electronic music.

Her sound in the club honors Afro-Arab electronic productions, drawing from her Sudanese heritage and its neighboring regional influences, alongside the UK club sounds that soundtracked her introduction to rave culture.

After a nearly decade-long break, Herne's selection is back on display in the revitalized Peapod mix series.

The age of managing labels such as Origami Sound, curating the Interval festival or putting together Boiler Room events is long gone but not forgotten.

A little bit of the things I listen to while working or walking my dog or just hanging out with my friends.

Some songs or artists even birthed ideas of illustrations and series of artworks.

One of my ideal projects would be to design album covers for my favorite artists, and this basically stood at the root of my "FANBOY" series, a sort of visual playlist and homage to a genre of music. I even created a playlist for my exhibition, and some people loved it, so I thought why not try to take it just a tiny step further and share with even more people.
