William A. Adams is an award-winning D&I innovator, an engineering trailblazer, and a philanthropist. One of his early accomplishments in his 35 year career was that he helped roll out code globally to many of Microsoft's core products and after that, he served as the first Technical Advisor to the CTO of Microsoft. He co-founded the Microsoft Leap program which was named Microsoft’s D&I Program of the Year in 2020.
