The Context of White Supremacy hosts The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly Compensatory Call-In. We encourage non-white listeners to dial in with their codified concepts, new terms, observations, research findings, workplace problems or triumphs, and/or suggestions on how best to Replace White Supremacy With Justice ASAP. We’ll use these sessions to hone our use of words as tools to reveal truth, neutralize White people. We’ll examine news reports from the past seven days and – hopefully – promote a constructive dialog.

 In the midst of ongoing reports of violence against people classified as asian, a 21-year old White Terrorist, Robert Aaron Long, killed 8 people in the metro Atlanta, Georgia area on Wednesday. Six of the eight fatally wounded people are reportedly asian females, while the other two are classified as White. Long insists he did not commit an act of White Supremacy, but, rather, was striking out at massage parlors because of his "sexual addiction." Long's terrorist attack distracted from jury selection in the Derek Chauvin case. The White officer is being tried for killing George Floyd in 2020. 12 jurors have been selected, and half of them are White.

The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. Gus was out and about enjoying an almost-Spring day in Seattle. He stopped to view The Seattle Times, and noted the cover story featured a black male, being terrorized while delivering papers. 24-year-old Sedrick Altheimer was accosted by an off-duty White man, Pierce County Sheriff Ed Troyer, while delivering papers earlier this year. To make matters worse, the white officer lied and told dispatchers that Altheimer threatened to kill him. In the 12 months since the coronavirus strangled the planet, there have been a plethora of incidents where black drivers have been threatened, attacked and detained by random White citizens. It is imperative that any non-white people who work as delivery drivers create a high-quality code to neutralize these sort of violent encounters. We also discuss the topic of "burnout" on the job - what burnout means and what non-white people can and should do to nourish mental health and wellness.

I have observed this in my experience of slavery, - that whenever my condition was improved, instead of its increasing my contentment, it only increased my desire to be free, and set me to thinking of plans to gain my freedom. A Chicago-Tribune analysis has found that eighty percent of people living in Illinois live in a community where brain-damaging lead was found in at least one home in that community. The analysis is based on a very small sample of “samples collected under federal regulations by the state’s 1,768 water utilities” and is likely not even close to the number of homes affected considering most communities use the same water source from the same water utilities.

“Too many people still get their water from what essentially is a lead straw,” said Miguel del Toral, a retired U.S. Environmental Protection Agency scientist who discovered high levels of toxic metal in water at homes in Flint, Michigan, and East Chicago, Indiana.

The problem, which is decades old points to a crumbling and dangerous infrastructure that the utilities, local municipalities, state and federal governments have failed to address by making the necessary investments.

The failure to invest in public infrastructure projects, like replacing lead-tainted pipes is costing the nation in other areas like healthcare.

According to the Chicago-Tribune report, “Between 2015 and 2020, tap water in dozens of Illinois homes had hundreds and even thousands of parts per billion of lead — just as extreme as what researchers found during the same period in Flint, where mismanagement of the public water system exposed children to the toxic metal and drew a world spotlight to the scourge.”

According to the Mayo Clinic, the symptoms of lead poisoning show up in newborns, children, and adults.

Signs and symptoms of lead poisoning in children include:

* Developmental delay

* Learning difficulties

* Irritability

* Loss of appetite

* Weight loss

* Sluggishness and fatigue

* Abdominal pain

* Vomiting

* Constipation

* Hearing loss

* Seizures

* Eating things, such as paint chips, that aren't food (pica)

Lead poisoning symptoms in newborns

Babies exposed to lead before birth might:

* Be born prematurely

* Have lower birth weight

* Have slowed growth

Lead poisoning symptoms in adults

Although children are primarily at risk, lead poisoning is also dangerous for adults. Signs and symptoms in adults might include:

* High blood pressure

* Joint and muscle pain

* Difficulties with memory or concentration

* Headache

* Abdominal pain

* Mood disorders

* Reduced sperm count and abnormal sperm

* Miscarriage, stillbirth or premature birth in pregnant women

It is very apparent that lead poisoning is a crisis in the United States and is a problem that demands the attention of lawmakers and regulatory bodies. In the meantime, it would be wise for residents who rely on tap water to invest in water filtration products.

Olsen wrote for Sport Illustrated during the 1960's, and penned a celebrated series examining black athletes and Racism. The magazine also credits Olsen with writing one of the best biographies on boxing icon and attempted counter-racist Muhammad Ali. Last week, the book Pratt's return from Vietnam and his sojourn to the West Coast. He venerates Alprentice "Bunchy" Carter for molding his political development, vocabulary and reading habits. Carter and John Huggins were killed on the UCLA campus in a conflict with Ron Karenga's United Slaves organization. Olsen begins to reveal how the FBI's COINTELPRO program deliberately manipulated violence between black people to help neutralize counter-racist efforts. Pratt was a significant target of this program because of his discipline and dedication to helping black people solve problems without creating new problems.

She authored one of Pamela Evans Harris's favorites, Pieces of A Puzzle: The One Thing Black Females Will Not Talk About - which examines the logic of why sex between black females and White men is incorrect and dangerous behavior. She interviews black females who describe the deception, manipulation, humiliation and White Supremacy of their "White lovers." We actually spoke to Ms. Tate at the time of the 2018 Royal Wedding between Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. At the time Tate stressed that non-white people across the world are conditioned to by fairy tales to seek White princes and White princesses. These fantasies are generally far removed from the frequently dangerous and always dishonest pairings between white and non-white people. We'll revisit Markle and Harry's marriage troubles as well Alleah Taylor, a black female who was nearly killed this year by her White NFL boyfriend, Chad Wheeler.
