Excelling and taking simple sporting events to new levels! However … like many things in life, this too is not exempt from Racism, Transphobia, & Misogyny, but more specifically MISOGYNOIR!! These two talk about Sha'Carri Richardson being the fastest girl in the world, but also her cannabis consumption. They also speak to the Olympics banishment of larger swim caps, which directly impacts Black swimmers. And lastly, they chat about the refusal of two cisgender women who have high levels of testosterone, and compare it to transgender women participating in sports.

Xay Dé is on her own for this episode! She talks about the way our society interacts with the dichotomy of Blackness & Queerness/Transness. Why are Black People so adamant about Black Lives Mattering until they are part of the LGBTQAI+ Community? Did they stop being Black? It doesn’t make sense. And we reinforce this notion EARLY, as she talks about Tyler, Nina, & Lil Nas X!

On this episode Mikey & Xay Dé chat about Queer Coding. This is a concept in which characters in media are not EXPLICITLY identified as Queer, BUT are given characteristics which imply they could be Queer. Although this may be a twisted, clever way of getting representation in media for Queer people, it turns out that not all Queer Coding is positive.
