Not so fast - curly hair knowledge is not, and has never been a requirement on a NB hair exam, and the schools don't teach it π±. It's BlackLantic's opinion is that associations continue to make it more and more difficult for those interested in Black hair styles to earn a living by regulating services that schools don't even teach.
