Doug Champion is a personal trainer that lives in Huntsville Texas. On the podcast we talk about his childhood traveling around all over the country, we also talk about rodeo and how after a bad wreck which resulted in Doug breaking his back he took therapy into his own hands and he started doing CrossFit. He healed up and became competitive and started competing in CrossFit. He later became a business owner being the owner and operator of CrossFit Huntsville. On episode #70 I sat down with former Sheridan High School football Head Coach Don Julian, present Head Coach Jeff Mowry, and the Linemen Coach Kevin Rizer. They have been coaching at SHS for the past 13 years and have been in the State Championship game 8 times and won State 6 of the 8. Sheridan has won the most football state championship in the state of Wyoming in the largest class 4A. On the show we talk about coaching young boys into becoming men.
