Tom Ringley is from Sheridan Wyoming. He was an Officer in the Air Force for 27 years. After his military career he moved back to Sheridan and became the Fair Grounds Manager then soon got involved with the rodeo and eventually was on the Sheridan WYO Rodeo Board. Now Tom is serving his 3rd term as Sheridan County Commissioner. On the podcast Tom and I talk about his book called "Rodeo Time in Sheridan Wyoming" A History of the Sheridan-WYO-Rodeo.
