“Everything he touches turns to gold!” It’s an expression of someone who is very successful, seeming to do well in every adventure. “He has done everything well.” This is what the people said about Jesus. Would you agree for your own life?

Today we explore Mark 6. We'll look at how Jesus fed 5,000. This account can be applied to our own life. Join in the journey and see how our God is a God who provides!

“No power of hell, no scheme of man, can ever pluck me from His hand; till He returns or calls me home, here in the power of Christ I stand!” These words from the hymn “In Christ Alone” are a bold statement of faith. The powers of hell are at work all around us, but we do not need to be afraid. We stand in the power of Christ alone!

Today as we look at Mark 4, we'll explore different kinds of "soils" and different kinds of "hearts." We will pray that God will bless your heart, that it may be ripe for His word.

How would you describe someone who is religious? Do you suppose Jesus was a very religious person? As you watch Jesus closely, He might surprise you with how irreligious He is.

When was the last time you were amazed by God? Was it something He said or did? If it has been a while, maybe it is because you haven’t been watching closely. Today we invite you to listen to and watch Jesus. You just might be amazed.

Have you ever asked the question, "If God is winning, shouldn't things be getting better?" or "Why does it look like the Devil is winning?" Today we will help answer those questions, understanding that we are in a spiritual battle.
