In this episode I speak about the feelings of anger.  How do you deal with it?  I find that when I was bulimic my temperament was worse.  In fact I remember my mother noticing that I was not that "nice young girl" anymore and I even started to talk back to her, which I didn't do before.  

How I deal with it today is much different then when I was bulimic.  Of course, as you would guess, when I was bulimic, a binge/purge session would follow, which of course was just "feeding in to" my mental state.

In episodes to come we will have an anger management expert who can guide us to learn how to deal with these emotions to stop it from being a trigger.
