Welcome to the third series of the PAACC episode discussing Authenticity. We define authenticity as giving learners the opportunity to create for a real audience both locally and globally.

In the last episode, I introduced the LINC PAACC Framework and shared ideas for implementing the first element, Personalization. In this episode, I share ideas for incorporating student agency .The framework is what we call the Hallmarks of effective blended learning. PAACC represents Personalization, Agency, Authenticity, Connectivity and Creativity.

The PAACC is LINC’s framework which guides transitions to student-centered classrooms. PAACC stands for Personalization, Agency, Authenticity, Connectivity, and Creativity.

Today I share a few ideas for incorporating personalization at different levels. Be sure to check out the resources in the episode notes.

To enable a "mindset over models" mentality, we need to ensure teachers can build capacity in the hallmarks of effective blended practice. These hallmarks comprise the acronym PAACC for a quick big-picture awareness guide superseding any one particular

model of blended learning.

In this episode I share ideas to create more equitable grading practices using blended learning models such as the flipped classroom, station rotation and playlists.
