Do you and your spouse feel disconnected in your marriage?  What things create distance amongst you and your spouse in your home?  Do you crave intimacy with your husband or wife and are you longing to get on the same page parenting all the children in your home?  Well so do we!  We address some of our pitfalls and discuss things we can to to get our marriage back on track within our blended family.  But before we tackle all that we address a concern of one of our blended life support group member has about her step daughter staying and living in their home post high school.  Needless to say she’s very uncomfortable and sad about this looming potential reality.  We know this is such a huge concern and hot button topic for a lot of blended families.  How should she broach such a touchy topic with her husband?  Should a bio parent be allowed to lay down the law when it comes to their own children without considering their spouse first? How should she deal with the fear she faces having such a potentially explosive conversation?  Should a marriage end because of a difference of opinion in living arrangements concerning adult children?!  Woah; we have so much to say about all that!  Enjoy!
