Some thing happened to me last week concerning a doctors appointment I wanted to cancel I just wanted a repeat of my medication no appointment I rang twice to try and cancel the appointment but I thank God for his grace I could not cancel. So had the appointment today but I thank God I didn't cancel. This doctor was telling me how to manage my pain with heat. That way I would be able to cut down on and stop taking the medication altogether. Now if I had my own way and not talk to this doctor I wouldnot have had this advice that I am taking Don't fight against what God wants to bring into your life he wants to give us victory in every area of our life. Some people think they can do harm to other people and if they ask God for forgiveness it makes it alright but unless it is true repentance. 2 chronicles chapter 35verse20-26 tells that King josiah after celebrating the passover and being in power for 18 years. Went out to fight King Neco of Egypt. Without being told by the Lord to do so. King Neco even sent him this message "what do you want with me king of Judah? I have no quarrel with you today today. Iam on my way to fight another nation and God has told me to hurry! Do not intertere with God who is with me.0r he will destroy you" the Bible says but Josiah refused to listen Neco who God had indeed spoken and he would not turn back. And it is so sad to see this king who was a godly king lose is life on the battlefield because he refused to listen and took on a battle God had not told him to fight and this happens all the time when we choose to take on battles God hasnot told us to fight don't let this happen to you. Are you waiting on promises that God hasnot made to you personally. Sometimes we hear promises and because we feel stuck sometimes we start to run with them but. But then one day after waiting so long for it to come true. We hear that soft voice which tells us you are waiting for something. that I have not promised you. And he will reroute us to where we need to go. Sometimes we waste so much time on fasle dreams because we don't want to be without a plan and if we would sit still for a while he would direct us each day that we can fulfill. the wonderful plans he has for us all. Speak to God and see if what you are waiting for is really part of his plan for you. We get stressed out sometimes trying to build things we are not called to build by God the tower of Babel was destroyed because it was man trying to fulfill there own plan God wasn't in it. I remember when I was going through a season and someone sent me a card which said let go and let God. And that word just spoke into my life sometimes we are holding on to things and people that God wants us to let go of some times its the opinion and words of others we are choosing to live our lifes by and not the word of God for our life but today let God lead and block out the other voices. Not everyone has good intentions for other people and people can use you to do their dirty work and break up relationships. With people who were loyal to you. We have to be careful what we say to people about other people because once words are spoken we can't take them back and they can do harm in other people's Life we have to be careful. What we agree to do for other people because we can add unnecessary stress to our life. While the person we promise to do it for are stress free. We have to allow ourselves to be led by the Holy spirit regardless of how other may feel about the matter. Jesus says all that are heavy laden must come for rest. I went on line after the holy spirit gave me the word. And it says jumping on a bandwagon means a. Activity a cause that is currently fashionable or popular attracting increasing support. Some of us are running down husbands or wife's just because we hear about it being a season for kingdom marriages. But all God wants us to do in that season is to draw closer to him and he will find us a good husband or wife at the right time when we are physically and emotionally ready. Sometimes some of us hear a word about relocation and we want to move when all God wants us to do is to get rid of some of the things in our house and paint and decorate to give us a new outlook on life. Let us now just mature in life has Christians and stop jumping on every band wagon and just follow the plans God is giving us for our life he has said his sheep knows his voice so hear him regardless of what others are saying And just let us all walk in our own time and seasons. Regardless of what others are. saying or doing because God is not going to pay for anything he hasnot told us to buy. I heard it said God is telling us to build a house. And we want to follow others and build a apartment. If God tells you to put up a tent do it because you will be happier there than being in a house or apartment. I was reading 2 chronicles chapter 31 . Then the holy spirit brought my attention to a verse about when King Hezekiah a godly king had ask Israel to bring offerings for the Levites so that they could devote their time to the things of God and it was said they brought honey new wine gain herds of flocks new oil there was a overflow. When the king and his official's came to see the piles they blessed the Lord and his people Israel the priests said since they started bringing in the offerings into the Lord Temple we eat and are satisfied and there is plenty left over because the Lord has blessed his people. This abundance is left over, Are you one of God's people no matter what you are going though God's promises are yes and amen he will do it for you when he promised to do.
