The words "I can't" limits us and if we are not careful, we wont be able to do much of anything because our words will end up holding us back. Words have power, so let's use words that empower us and toss those limiting words that keep us in a box.

We love to operate in what we feel is comfortable because discomfort stretches us, refines us, shows us a few things.
