Scalloped Potatoes Ingredients:
- 3lbs yellow potatoes
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
- 1/2 tsp vegan low sodium vegetable boullian paste + 4oz water
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp turmeric (didn't have on hand)
- 1/2 tsp thyme (forgot to mention)
- black pepper to taste
-1 tbsp dijon mustard (optional)
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
- shredded vegan cheese (optional)
- plant based queso dip (optional)
