Do you feel like you have to have one to relax? Girl, I know you probably have had rough days where you just come home and want to enjoy that glass of wine. Next time you have a rough day though I want you to stop and think if that drink will help you level up in your life and business or is it becoming another obstacle? Janet White, a registered nurse and certified positive psychology coach, shares a little about her journey of leaving a difficult relationship and making a life change. She considered herself to be a party girl, she was the one who was telling others to have another drink or she would buy the shots. She decided she needed to make a change. Deciding to get alcohol out of her life and make healthier choices, Janet chose to step away from her stressful career to help others in a different way. She wanted to life the way she was telling others to, enjoy life while you can. “We only get this one little life.” Now Janet helps others find out what life is like without alcohol. She shares what she has learned and tips to help other women make the decision without feeling guilty or giving up social activities.
