Let's clean up some of this mud so we can see things clearly.  On The Muddy Waters Show we engage in respectful, open, and honest dialogue without censorship or avoidance of tough subject matter.  Look at the topics below, this is not a hello kitty show! Together we can make our lives better by making the effort to evaluate our discussion and find common ground to stand on! If you have a topic that is not listed call and let me know.

Topics:

-Transgender(s) in the militay (Doing this topic will be like me walking through a mine field because I am a heterosexual male)

-Terrorism has a new face

-Holiday safety and first aid (what do I need and need to know)

-Current events that matte

Join A Women's Circle as we untangle the intersection between School-to-Prison Pipeline with special guest Professor Christopher Allen Mallett. Dr. Mallett is licensed in Ohio as a social worker and attorney, and has a long history of working with, advocating for, and representing vulnerable children, adolescents, and their families. The show will focus on the intersection between the public education and penal systems and how both of these institutions, in part, have put forth an effort to control and discipline school-age populations with similar institutional model. As equally important, the school to prison pipeline is amalgamation of a number of different trends-from the over representation of students of color in special education to the rise of zero tolerance school discipline problems; from an increased fear related to school safety to put perverse incentives from test-based accountability systems to push out low-performing students.  We will discuss interventions, and posits recommendations for further actions and policies changes at the state level, local level, school, community and in the home.  The aim of our show is to offer high-impact structural interventions.

We live in a society where the talk about race seems to always lead to the end of a conversation. Branden Johnson  will talk race in America and the effects of Western racism on the global scale. From the anthropological deepness to the superficial shallow this show focuses on us having the real talk about how we see ourselves and our place in this world. The topic of privilege as well as the effect of privilege unbeknownst to the average Joe is on the table. This is one of those shows that you'll need a glass of your favorite beverage to digest this meal. It is that topic most fear discussing, but not in the Gumbo Mix.

Darrell Gardner's Horsemanship was founded upon four principles:

Showing Your Horse Love

By expressing love to your horse it helps to build a good relationship and strong bond. This will lead to a better response from your horse.

Gaining Respect

If you don't have respect on the ground, you won't have it on the saddle. Respect is an essential part of horsemanship and it begins with good ground manners

Teaching Obedience

Obedience comes with consistent training. This teaches your horse what you expect and how to quickly respond to the cues given.

Loyalty between the horse and trainer

It all begins with gaining trust. Your initial approach is extremely important. It takes patience and time to get your horse to gain faith in you.

Real People, Real Life, Real Answers: Real Life Bible Study with Pastor A F Riggins focuses on spiritual growth and encourages every Christian to cultivate and nurture his or her relationship with God through Christ rather than focusing primarily on religious traditions and arguments. When we strengthen that relationship we are empowered to actively apply what we hear and learn at church on Sunday to our daily lives, our actions, choices, and perspectives, and confidently walk the walk on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and every day of the week!
