  • Gumbo Talk: Why do you matter?
One of the biggest causes of failure and procrastination in my mind is low self-esteem. I guess that's why there are literally thousands of people writing self-help/motivational books and programs. I have found that everything we need has been placed in us from before our thoughts were born. We just have to access our drive using certain triggers that at times come from external sources. What if we motivated ourselves internally? Well, during thus episode I hope to discuss with you the first step and that us determining what type of value you place in your life as well as what society predicts your worth. Think of women in general. Think of the African diaspora. Think young people. Think old people. Think of you.
