She works collaboratively with clients to help and support them through their challenges. She has sought out specialized training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International and completed the basic and advanced psychotherapy training in perinatal mental health. She has experience supporting parents struggling with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMAD), which includes postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety.
