As a new business owners we tend to just want to get things done quickly when there’s a deadline without taking into consideration how important it is to do your research on contractors to get things done correctly. Everyone makes mistakes, but as a good business owner it is our responsibility to take ownership of our mistakes to maintain our reputation and most importantly for our client to always leave happy. 🙅‍♀️P.s DO NOT mix business with pleasure aka always pay full price for services! (especially when hiring a friend) With episode 2 being around Halloween we discussed preparing for the holidays - by giving our loyal clients low cost gifts / coupons that won’t be too hard on business owners wallets but showing gratitude towards our clients that continue to do business with us.
