In this episode I tell how my wife and I were in an unwelcome situation last week, and how we refused to allow it to rob us.  Cars can always be repaired, we can make more money, but time can never be bought or made.  We don't always choose our situation, but how we respond in them is our choice.

What started with a story about sharing a sandwich with Dads old coon hound has grown into something I could have never even imagined in four years:

8,842,000 plays on 6 Continents, in 62 Countries/Territories, and 1,040 Cities.  A book and a series of five more in production.

This little podcast has brought me rewards far beyond any business deal I have ever made. Not a financial reward, rather an indescribable reward that floods my heart.  It is proof that true success is found when you listen to your heart!

We say "seeing is believing", but God says "BELIEVING is seeing".  He wants us to live in faith, but that can be hard sometimes.  Especially when the dark clouds move in.  It's in the middle of the storm when holding on to faith is the most difficult.  When it seems like all hope is gone and our prayers have gone unheard.  This is when we need to stand firm like an oak tree in our faith, never lose hope, and believe.

Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the substance of things unseen.

We all seek advancing technology yet we also all share a yearning for a simpler life.  Technology can help us be more efficient and effective, but it can also rob us from inner peace at the same time.  It is important to disconnect sometimes and enjoy the simplicities of life.

It's simple to be happy, but it is becoming more and more difficult to be simple.
