On Thursday, July 13th, the North Harrison School Board voted 3-2 in favor of updating the dress code. This is a huge step forward for students at North Harrison and the perseverance of Ashley, parents/caregivers, and students is inspiring.

In the second episode of our “Voices of Pride” series, Elmer and Graylin are joined by Elmer’s good friend Luin. He is a queer, trans masc artist. He works with video, embroidery, photography, sculpture, performance, and sound to explore trans identity, queer bodies, autoethnography, and self-care. This is a candid discussion about Luin’s personal experience growing up in a rural setting as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
