Hari also talks about  the challenges of writing a 'Pandemic Novel' at a time when most governments are choosing to believe it never happened, and whether art can have a long-lasting social impact at a time when so much cultural production demands more intensity and immediacy as a means to enhance the 'consumer experience'.
