The word of God tells us that we are all given "the measure of faith" In my opinion, this faith is not what I've heard many talks about, which is that we're all given the measure of faith at salvation( born again), and it's our responsibility to develop that measure. I believe that in context, this measure of faith is about the gift (YOUR GIFT) that God has given you the grace to operate in and THE ANOINTING  that goes with it. 

Romans 12:1-10

12 I appeal to you, therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. 2 Do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. 3 For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to believe, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned. 4 For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, five so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. 6 Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; 7 if service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching; 8 the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness 9 Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. 10 Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor.

God’s Everlasting Love

31 What then shall we say to these things? It is God who justifies. 34 Who is he who condemns? This morning's rant is about the faithfulness of God our father. I used the example of the children of Israel and how they behaved towards God yet he was faithful to them.  You and I are no different and then they were and yet he is also faithful to us his children. The bible tells us that God wants to be in the planning stage of all of our situations and goals. We are told that God knows all things, and if he knows all things, he would have the answer for all of our needs. We need to welcome him, the Holy Spirit, Jesus, in our planning stage and give our angels assignment to bring our plans to bear. 

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” 

Proverbs 16:3 Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and he will establish your plans. 

Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails.
