It's been a long wait but playoff time has finally arrived for Penn State Nation. The Nittany Lions are set to host possibly the coldest game ever at Beaver Stadium when SMU gallops into the town.

The Big Ten. Championship Game was a fun. one to watch. Even though Penn State came up short what did it tell us about this group of Nittany Lions.

Is this team better now than they were in early November?

The highlight of the show, former legendary bad ass linebacker Trey Bauer stops by and talks everything from Abdul Carter and modern day linebackers, to NIL, and advice he gives to young players and coaches around the program. Now of course we have to flash it back to 1985 when Bauer recovered a fumble against Maryland to secure a victory and what made the 1985 and 1986 teams so good.

Penn State took care of Purdue rather easily as expected, are the Lions just now rounding into form?

Penn State bounced back in a big way against Washington. Not only did the Blue & White get better at "football" they dominated in areas that they have struggled before. 
Offensive Coordinator Andy Kotelnicki went back to what has worked all season, Beau Pribula & Tyler Warren. 
Speaking of Warren, he tells us the role former TE Mike Gesicki played in him committing to Penn State.  Should the talented TE be getting Heisman hype?

What a game. What a win for Penn State.  Make no mistake  this victory was a must win for Penn State in terms of perception on the national stage.  Was it pretty, no it was not but style points doesn't matter for this one.  What does it mean going forward Mike and Frank discuss that here. 
Tyler Warren had a game that we thought would happen on the national stage and it is one that will be remembered for a long time.  All that is left for him to do is kick a FG since he can now play center.
